About Me
At the age of 18 I began a 4 year apprenticeship in Bread Making at East Sydney Technical College. It was here that I was encouraged to further develop my skills in the craft by my German Teacher. This lead me to study and work as a Student, Baker, Developer throughout Europe including Germany, Italy, Scotland, England and Australia. Over the last 20 years I have created wonderful Breads for clients such as Top End Supermarkets, Celebrity Chefs, Major Airlines, Michelin star Restaurants and Department Stores including Harrods of London.
I firmly believe that all our Recipes which I also use and turn out on a daily basis contain the essence of Love, Devotion and Respect and I hope to share a little of this with you so you can also achieve Baking In Harmony.
